Please read these Terms before using lingorm.games. By creating an account or playing a game, you agree to them.
1. What lingorm.games Is
lingorm.games is a retro arcade that makes tiny, lovable games for the LingOrm fandom. You can play games, compete on leaderboards, and (optionally) create an account to save your scores.
2. Fan Project Disclaimer
lingorm.games is an independent, unofficial fan project created by fans, for fans. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, authorized by, or in any way representative of Sirilak Kwong (known professionally as Lingling Kwong), Kornnaphat Sethratanapong (known professionally as Orm Kornnaphat), or any of their management companies, talent agencies, record labels, or affiliated organizations.
All references to these individuals on this platform are made solely in the spirit of fan appreciation. Any trademarks, trade names, or other intellectual property belonging to or associated with these individuals or their representatives remain the exclusive property of their respective owners. lingorm.games makes no claim to any such intellectual property.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use lingorm.games. By using the platform, you confirm you are 13 or older. If you are under 18, you should review these Terms with a parent or guardian.
4. Your Account
- You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
- You are responsible for all activity that takes place under your account.
- One account per person. Creating multiple accounts to manipulate leaderboards or evade bans violates these Terms.
- Do not impersonate other people, fan accounts, or public figures.
5. Acceptable Use
You may not use lingorm.games to:
- Do anything illegal
- Harass, threaten, stalk, or intimidate any person
- Send or solicit sexual content involving anyone under 18
- Share private information about any real person without their consent (doxxing)
- Reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the platform's infrastructure
6. Fair Play & Leaderboards
Leaderboards are meant to reflect genuine gameplay. You may not:
- Use bots, scripts, automation, or modified clients to submit scores
- Exploit bugs or glitches to gain an unfair advantage (report them instead — we appreciate it)
- Submit fabricated or manipulated scores
- Collude with other players to artificially inflate rankings
We reserve the right to remove scores and suspend or ban accounts that violate fair-play rules, at our sole discretion and without prior notice. If you find a bug, please report it to support@lingorm.games — we'd rather fix it than punish you for it.
7. Content
User-generated content on lingorm.games is limited to profile information (username, display name, bio, avatar). You own your content. By creating a profile, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to store, display, and process it solely to operate the service.
Game content (art, music, code, characters) is created by lingorm.games and remains our intellectual property.
8. Payments
- Payments are processed securely by Stripe.
- Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.
- We do not offer prorated refunds for unused time. If you have a genuine billing issue, email support@lingorm.games and we will review it.
9. Disclaimers
lingorm.games is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of bugs (in the software sense). You use it at your own risk.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, lingorm.games and the individual(s) operating it will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the platform.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from use of lingorm.games will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim (or $10 if you have paid nothing).
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the platform after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
